The AXDV-C volumetric valves are available in four sizes C1, C2, C3, C4, which can handle doses from 0.001cc to 6cc and are completely pneumatic.
The working principle of these valves is based on a chamber, whose size is adjusted by a micrometric screw, which is filled with grease or oil.
By activating the valve pneumatically, a piston empties the chamber, allowing for volumetric dispensing and therefore precise and repeatable dispensing regardless of any changes in the viscosity of the product to be dosed.
Their main application is the dispensing of lubrication or greasing points.
They can also be equipped with a spray head or create special nozzles with multiple dispensing points simultaneously. These grease and oil dispensing valves, thanks to their compactness, can be easily implemented on automatic or semi-automatic systems and their control is carried out through simple 5-way solenoid valves. There are also versions equipped with a manual handle for operator applications.
These valves can be powered by pressing plate pumps and can withstand up to 200 bar of material input pressure.
