The dispensing unit 808 has been specifically designed to offer extremely high precision and repeatability of microdoses in syringe applications in which there are some change of viscosity of the fluids.
Thanks to the dispensing software loaded inside it, it is able to automatically equalize the pressure inside the syringe to compensate for the increase in viscosity of the fluid like in premixed bi-components situation because of their polymerization curve and thus ensuring the highest repeatability in the dose delivered.
Various dispensing programs can be saved via the control unit and the control unit can be easily interfaced with PLC of automatic lines.
