The WSDV volumetric spray valve allows precise and repeatable spraying of viscous fluids, dosing the product in defined quantities onto surfaces without contact. Its design prevents dripping. It is easy to control and can be used manually or in automated processes. The valve is highly reliable, requires minimal maintenance, and is ideal for environments with high material input pressures.
The valve must be controlled by a 5/2-way solenoid valve and the atomization air by a 3/2-way solenoid valve, both external.
