Wagner pneumatic extrusion pumps are designed for pumping various products, ensuring efficiency and trouble-free handling of materials with different viscosity such as fillers, putties, resins, adhesives, silicones and greases. These systems feature a pneumatic piston pump equipped with a mechanical valve, ensuring a constant feeding. A customized follower plate, adapted to the pail size, keeps the product levelled and free of air bubbles, thus preventing any contamination.
For improved handling and safety, all units are equipped with pneumatic elevators, allowing easy and intuitive movement of the pump and of the follower plate. The pumps can be used as feeding for dosing systems, supplying the product under pressure to the dosing valves, further amplifying their operational capabilities.
