The TS5620 diaphragm valve series is designed to dispense low to medium viscosity fluids with great accuracy and repeatability.
These valves can dispense from a fraction of a microliter up to continuous operation, and thanks to the short closing spring travel they can operate with very fast cycle times.
Given their compactness, they are easily implemented in any automatic system and line, and being fully pneumatic they are easily controlled by Techcon control units or by external controls.
Thanks to their mechanical adjustment, the diaphragm opening can be changed to adjust the dose according to the type of application.
The valve series includes Teflon versions for cyanoacrylates, anaerobics and chemically aggressive fluids, Delrin version for UV and steel version.
All valves are equipped at the outlet with luer lock connections to fit all types of nozzles and needles.
