Advanced systems, such as viscoTREATs, offer the possibility of de-gassing, mixing and heating fluids directly in the production line, by continuously supplying the already pretreated product to the dosing system.
Thanks to vacuum pumps, air bubbles can be removed from fluids and resins, optimising the result of the dosing process.
In addition, heated hoses and heaters ensure that the viscosity of the resins is maintained, stabilising the production process.
