The TS5540-MS spray valve, entirely made of steel, is designed to achieve excellent performance with low or medium viscosity fluids, and it can obtain a very small and well-defined spray pattern, practically eliminating the overspray effect.
The valve uses normal dispensing needles as spray nozzles, and the air flow is directed along the needle cannula to spray the fluid.
The valve can be easily used in a manual station or integrated into any automatic system, and the mechanical adjustment can be used to intervene in the amount of product to be dispensed.
Through its management unit, perfect dispensing cycle performance can be achieved by optimizing the control of pre- and post-spray air.
