Micro-Faze thermal sheets are made up of 3 layers, two thin layers of non-silicone thermal grease with an aluminum or kapton film inside, creating a solid thermal interface that is easy and quick to position on the component.
These sheets can be supplied whole so that the end user can cut them to size depending on the component they need to be applied to, or they can be supplied pre-cut according to the final component’s technical drawing.
