TS500 series control units are developed to control any time-pressure valves. The following models are available: TS555R, TS566R, TS577R.
They are equipped with a universal power supply and a touchscreen with an intuitive interface for easy configuration and operation. Dispensing parameters can be precisely configured directly on the screen or remotely via network options.
They also feature Ethernet and WiFi interfaces, to enable users to configure exact parameters and monitor the process remotely. This functionality complies with Industry 4.0 guidelines.
Additional advanced features include a digital timer, to provide accurate and repeatable dispensing time, and a digital pressure controller, to enable precise pressure control. The user interface offers the ability to program up to 50 dispensing, either sequentially or individually. These controllers have user-programmable “purge” or ‘timed’ dispensing cycle settings and a “self-learning mode” to determine dispensing time.
Integration into semiautomatic or automatic production lines is possible thanks to the I/O interface connector, that can be used to start and stop the dispensing cycle with feedback to the PLC for the next cycle. A low-pressure warning function helps keeping the dispensing process consistent and uninterrupted.
