The 2-K-DOS Touch series mixing systems supplied by E.O.I. Tecne are state-of-the-art dispensing units specially developed for the precise mixing and dispensing of two-component resins and adhesives.
These compact and versatile systems offer fast and precise dosing with high customisation of mixing ratios, flow rates and quantities required for each dose, ensuring an optimal results in every application.
The two resin components are withdrawn by the pumps from special integrated tanks and transported to the mixing head in two flexible hoses. These are evenly combined in the head using an easily replaceable static mixer.
With its modular design and a variety of additional devices, it can be adapted to a wide range of needs. It is ideal for various filling applications and offers the flexibility to accurately dispense polyurethane, silicone, and self-leveling epoxy materials. All parameters of the 2K-DOS dispensing system are managed via an integrated touch panel.
The system is suitable for both manual and automatic line applications, and can also be fed from external tanks.
