This series of JSR 4400 scara robots offers great ease of use and programming, along with extremely high axis precision and build quality, but with a compact design.
This series is the most economical version and is suitable for generic applications where high axis speed is not required.
They are available in 3-axis and 4-axis versions and in a single size with a working area of 440 mm in width.
Janome robots can be used in various types of applications, from dispensing to screwing to pick and place, to assembly, and thanks to Janome’s proprietary software, they are easily programmable directly on the piece via an intuitive keyboard without the use of a computer.
Once the program is finished, the robot can be controlled via the operator panel where the program can be selected and started.
There is also software available for computers, through which CAD files of the pieces can be loaded to create the program always through the software.
These robots are easily implementable in any production line and controlled via PLC.
The robot can be interfaced with the company network.
